Both Occupational Performance On-Line  and the user undertakes that they will hold in confidence and shall not divulge any of the confidential information received from the other or held within the On-Line services.

However this shall not apply to any information which becomes public knowledge other than by a breach of this privacy policy;

  •  or is in the possession of the receiving party without restriction in relation to disclosure before the date of receipt from the disclosing party;

  •  or is recovered from a third party who lawfully acquired or developed it and who is under no obligation restricting its disclosure

  •  is required to be disclosed by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction.

3. Security

The hosted service is protected by an industry standard firewall that provides full intrusion prevention via application level packet filtering. This firewall provides the gateway to the internet and inspects any traffic passing in and out of the system to filter our any unwanted content.

The hosted service is located at secure facility in which is a purpose-built facility that provides a secure and professional environment for locating servers.

  • High-speed connectivity with a 99.9% service level agreement.
  • Fire detection and suppression systems.

3.2 Web site security

Our service is configured to provide the best possible protection from unauthorized access and external attack.

  • The firewall provides full packet filtering to prevent any unauthorized access and to filter out any potentially harmful content.
  • The web services are configured to provide the minimal functionality required to serve Occupational Performance. applications. This helps to prevent opening any potential avenues for attack.
  • A third-party web security specialist that advises Occupational Performance. on the security of the service configuration and warns of any potential new sources of attack audits the web service monthly.

 3.3 Customer connectivity

Customers have two options for secure connectivity to the Occupational Performance services:

  • A Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel can be configured between client offices and the Occupational Performance hosting service to provide secure and encrypted access to the sites. A VPN provides for protection from any attempts to access the site from outside of the client’s network as all content is encrypted and any requests from outside the VPN are always rejected by the firewall.
  • Sites can also be configured to allow general Internet access. This allows users to connect to the site from outside the client network. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) providing 128-bit encryption protects sites in this configuration if required.

4. Anti-Spam

Occupational Performance operates an anti-spam policy.  Any e-mails deemed to be identified or resemble spam will be identified and deleted.  Any spam that is identified from a persistent source will be notified to the service provide that manages the domain from which it has been sent.

5. Terms of Use

5.1  The user of this site shall not:

  • copy the whole or any part of the web site;

  • modify merge or combine the whole or any part of the web site with any other software or documentation without the approval of the Occupational Performance On-Line Ltd.

  •  assign transfer sell lease rent charge or otherwise deal in or encumber the web site nor use on behalf of or make available the same to any third party; or reverse compile the whole or any part of the web site from object code into source code

  • keep confidential the web site and limit access to the same to those of its employees agents and sub-contractors who either have a need to know or who are engaged in the Use of the web site

  • the user shall inform all relevant employees agents and sub-contractors that the web site constitutes confidential information of Occupational Performance. and that all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Occupational Performance. and the user shall take reasonable steps to ensure compliance by its employees agents and sub-contractors with these provisions.
